Job Title: Business Development and Partnerships Analyst

Role Overview :
The Business Development and Partnerships Analyst will play a key role in driving Procloz’s growth strategy through research, database creation, prospect outreach, and strategic partnership development. This role combines analytical research, structured sales support, and creative communication to build and sustain meaningful collaborations with clients across the social impact , international development , channel partners and start up industries. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and has strong communication and analytical skills, comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partnership and Workplan Development
• Collaborate with the Business Growth Partner to align client outreach with Procloz’s business
development objectives.
• Contribute to annual business development work plans, progress reports, and opportunity
tracking dashboards.
• Summarize RFP requirements, support proposal documentation, and manage templates.
• Follow up on identified opportunities and coordinate internal proposal reviews. - Database Creation & Sales Support
• Research and build targeted prospect databases aligned with business development goals.
• Coordinate with Marketing team to collect, verify, and update lead details using Excel, Google
Sheets, or CRM tools.
• Upload and manage contact lists in CRM and marketing automation tools. - Research and Analysis
• Conduct structured research on RFPs, social enterprises, channel partners and industry clients
in the social impact and start up ecosystem.
• Support the Sales team in identification of new business or partnership opportunities through
ongoing monitoring and analysis.
• Maintain repositories of current and potential collaborations, agreements, and MOUs. - Support to Leadership and Documentation
• Engage with the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) to strengthen collaboration and business
development processes.
• Communicate key insights, progress updates, and business development outcomes to internal
stakeholders.
• Work with Marketing and Communications teams to enhance visibility through events, case
studies, and campaigns.
• Support content creation for pitches, concept notes, and business presentations.
Qualifications and Experience :
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in business development, consulting, or partnership management within the service or development sectors.
- Experience working with CRM and data management tools preferred.
Skills and Competencies :
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research skills; proficient in Excel and analytical tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation abilities.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working with minimal supervision.
- Strong relationship-building and service orientation.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
