Founder
Aman is the Founder of Procloz and is responsible for overall business performance, strategy, vision, and business expansion.
Past experience
Aman has 20+ years of business development experience in technology & solutions that help simplify business processes. Before starting up Procloz, he spent time consulting various companies on global business expansion at Safeguard Global and has also worked with technology companies like Alpere, Contentra, QBS Learning & Concentrix. Aman holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Central Queensland University, Australia.

Gaurav Soni
Co-Founder
Gaurav, is the the Co-Founder and General Manager of Finance & Partnerships at Procloz, holds a pivotal role in overseeing the company’s financial operations and fostering strategic business partnerships to enhance Procloz’s service capabilities.
Past experience
With a wealth of experience spanning 18 years in the field of Finance & Partnerships, Gaurav has a rich professional background, having previously worked with renowned global corporations such as Bank of America, Mercer, and Safeguard Global. His expertise and dedication contribute significantly to Procloz’s growth and success in the industry.

Niraj Kumar Sharma
Co-Founder
Niraj is the Co-Founder and General Manager Service Excellence, He is responsible for overall service delivery, operations, technology partner management, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Past experience
Niraj has 15+ years of experience in managing global payroll, compliances, partner management, and transforming legacy payroll models. Niraj has worked with various global payroll and contingent workforce management companies like TMF, Safeguard Global wherein he was responsible for setting up & managing global payroll operations.
Niraj holds a graduation degree in commerce and accounts from Calcutta University, India.

Preet Kamal Gupta
Managing Director-ANZ
Preet is the Managing Director (MD) for ANZ, overseeing business operations and client account management in the Australia and New Zealand regions.
Past experience
With 15+ years of experience in finance and accounting management, Preet has cultivated a diverse professional background, having held key roles in global business consultancy, real estate, and outsourced sales operations. In her previous positions, she played a pivotal role in managing financial accounting, reconciliation, and generating comprehensive reports. Preet’s academic qualifications include a Master of Accounting degree from Central Queensland University, Australia, further underscoring her expertise in financial management.
