Job Specification: 

We are looking for a highly skilled and analytical Senior Finance Analyst with strong expertise in US  GAAP, financial modelling, and U.S. entity setup. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving strategic financial planning, analysis, and reporting for our U.S. operations. This role demands hands-on experience in managing U.S. books of accounts, entity setup, and delivering actionable insights through data-driven financial analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with US GAAP.
  • Support the setup and structuring of new business entities in the U.S. and internationally, ensuring full financial and regulatory compliance.
  • Compile, interpret, and analyze complex financial data to build robust financial models for business decision-making.
  • Track and report on financial performance, develop operational metrics, and present regular insights to leadership.
  • Conduct variance analysis, evaluate historical trends, and provide strategic recommendations for improvement and optimization.
  • Lead the cost analysis process, ensuring enforcement of internal policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
  • Perform budgeting, forecasting, and compare actual results with financial plans to assess business performance.
  • Deliver proactive recommendations by analyzing and interpreting data, studying proposed changes, and evaluating their financial impact.
  • Drive process improvements, including developing automated reports, dashboards, and tools to support reporting and forecasting needs.
  • Increase finance team efficiency by building and maintaining automated reporting systems and enhancing workflow.
  • Partner with external auditors and tax consultants to support audits, tax filings, and regulatory submissions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, Legal, and Operations to support business growth and strategic initiatives.

Key Requirements: 

  • Proven experience with U.S. financial operations and new entity setup. 
  • Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Hands-on experience with QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle. 
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, with the ability to build dashboards and automated tools.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. 
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills. 
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
  • CPA certification (preferred) or actively pursuing CPA.
  • 3–5 years of experience in U.S. accounting and corporate tax compliance.
  • Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and experience with corporate tax filings (specially Form 1120).
  • Experience in a C-Corp environment or supporting a U.S. Corporation from a financial perspective.
