Experience: 3 to 5 Years

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree/ Any Graduate
Job Summary:
This role is a key position to effectively onboard new workers and Co-ordinate them through the employment end-to-end
process with ultimate ownership for quality and service delivery, taking responsibility for coordinating daily activities
between the Operations team, Clients, and Workers.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Is the Point of contact and the responsible party for managing new hires’ requests.
- Co-ordinate the worker onboarding employment life cycle from the commencement of employment to termination of employment.
- Be the first point of contact for all worker and client inquiries.
- Work with internal teams to resolve Client/Worker queries in a professional and timely manner.
- Work with HR resources on the complete employment life cycle ensuring legal law & compliance.
- Drafting employment contracts, running contract comparability exercises, and managing Payroll simulations.
- Responsible for sourcing Benefit plans by working with relevant parties for new employees.
- Specialization in India payroll.
Minimum Job Requirements:
- Led client calls for communication of Proemp Business.
- Support the monthly payroll life cycle, and funding/billing processes ensuring accuracy and timely payment of employees’ salaries.
- Maintain an up-to-date records database in relation to workers’ personal information
- Attending client and employee calls as needed during the onboarding period and continuing throughout the life cycle of key clients and employees.
- Responsible for training new hires in the team and organizing their Orientation sessions
- Responsible for providing process improvement ideas for better management of the team.
