Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Growth Manager drive the expansion of our business. The ideal candidate is a
strategic thinker with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, fostering client relationships, and developing
innovative sales strategies.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prospecting new accounts and creating new business opportunities, pitching Procloz’s services and closing deals.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets.
- Provide strong leadership, guidance, and motivation to the sales team members across globe.
- Foster a collaborative and positive sales culture that emphasizes teamwork, creativity, and continuous improvement.
- Implement and utilize CRM tools to track sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adapt sales strategies as needed.
Minimum Job Requirements:
- Analyze sales data and metrics to assess team and individual performance.
- Generate regular reports for senior management, outlining progress, challenges, and opportunities
- Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other relevant departments to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
- Provide feedback and insights to help shape product and service offerings based on market demand and client feedback.
- Knowledge of using CRM (Salesforce) would be an added advantage.
- Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse sales team.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and evolving business landscape.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills along with time management.
