Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven HR Manager that will play a pivotal role in aligning HR strategies with business
objectives and driving organizational success. This is a key position taking responsibility for delivering high quality HR Services,
managing, and coordinating with Client success team regionally when performing daily activities between Clients and Workers to
manage workers’ employment effectively and compliantly. This position would also be responsible for managing & administration of
the company Payroll shared services and ensuring compliance and accuracy in monthly Payroll activities to make sure timelines are
met for salary disbursement and statutory compliance.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Managing end-to-end regional HR Services operations, overseeing workstreams, schedules to ensure the timely and accurate provision of complex, in-country client/employee relations services, while applying employment law within the region(s), together with commercial knowledge to recommend solutions and implement changes in order to mitigate commercial risk.
- Directing and/or managing all activities associated with HR Services within the region(s), including developing and implementing policies and procedures, developing and implement best practices, key performance indicators and SLA metrics for the team.
- Liaising with client success team to make decisions for operational activities and to set strategic goals.
- Supervising the team members, ensuring they advise, support, educate and train clients on regional law, benefits (statutory and additional), Health and Safety, terms and conditions, immigration rules and knowledge share best practice. Ensure Global Compliance and Governance are applied.
- Stay abreast of HR trends to ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations
- Processing, validation and finalizing internal as well as client’s payroll and related activities
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, industry partners, and local communities.
- Manage employee records and documentation in compliance with applicable laws
- Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.
- Covering the responsibility of country manager for smooth set up and functioning of entity & collaborate with accounting team to ensure smooth work process.
Minimum Job Requirements:
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably with additional experience in a managerial role.
- Knowledge of HR systems and database along with Strong Payroll skills.
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proficient in Legislation and benefit structure
- Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams.
