Niraj is the Co-Founder and General Manager responsible for overall service delivery, operations, technology partner management, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Niraj has 13 years of experience in managing global payroll, compliances, partner management, and transforming legacy payroll models. Niraj has worked with various global payroll and contingent workforce management companies like TMF, Safeguard Global wherein he was responsible for setting up & managing global payroll operations. 

Niraj holds a graduation degree in commerce and accounts from Calcutta University, India.
