Jasleen is a Manager Operations at Procloz, she works to effectively onboard new workers and coordinate through the employment end-to-end process with ultimate ownership for quality and service delivery along with building internal teams to optimize business performance. She enables business success through smarter, more efficient payroll, onboarding, time and expense management, and more. 

Jasleen brings 13 years of experience with a strong background in HR Operation Services EOR, Team Management, Customer Service & Financial Management. In her previous stint, she has worked with MNCs like Aon, Safeguard Global which gave her a platform to work on Global Payroll Services covering APAC and EMEA Payrolls. She was the responsible party for managing Change in the APAC region with successful EOR transition in India, Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia and more.

Jasleen graduated from Delhi University with 1st Division in B.com (Hons.).
